We made a quick trip to Lethbridge for Thanksgiving dinner after the wedding. It was sooooo worth it! We had a great dinner compliments of the lovely and talented chef Karla. We had a great vist and kicked the boys butts at "Scene it," all in all a very successful weekend. Better luck next time Rob.

On Thanksgiving weekend, we headed up to Calgary for Meghan and Layne's big day! It was a beautiful wedding and reception and we are so happy for them! Meghan, of course looked gorgeous and Layne, I must say that you looked quite handsome! We were a little nervous about having the kids at the ceremony but Nathan slept for most of it and Jordan was enthralled by the "Big Jesus" on the wall. The reception was a lot of fun and Pyb did a fantabulous job MCeeing. 
I was also able to spend quite a bit of time with Pybus which was great. I feel like we haven't visited one on one in a long time! Ahh like old times!
Nathan has graduated from his GI Joe crawl to crawling on his hands and knees unless he's in a hurry, then he reverts back to his military style.

Congratulations to Nathan for cutting his first tooth! The top tooth was discovered Friday the 13th!
I love it when the kids play together! Although it can sometimes be scary. The other day I was upstairs and the kids were downstairs. Nathan hadn't even attempted the stairs at this point so I figure we're safe. All of the sudden I hear Jorji saying "Good Job Nacy, you can do it!" and she was helping him up the stairs. They were about half way up. I had to play it really cool so she didn't freak out and let go of him. Now he loves climbing the stairs!
Jorji was an insane imagination and loves role playing right now. Ex, she's the grandmother, I'm the granddaughter or she's Lunette and a stack of legos is her doll Molly. At this exact moment, I'm "Karla" and her little friend that's over is "Jessie", she's "Andi" and a yoyo is her dog. The other day she had an icecream cone and when she got to the end of the cone, she said "Look, it's a little Aidan" and played with the "Little Aiden" for a while. I don't think I need to buy her dolls anymore.
The other morning, Jared was wearing an orange down vest and as he was leaving for work, Jordan asked if he was going on a boat. Jared was self conscious about his vest the whole day and returned wearing it on the gray side (it's reversible).
Jared turned 29 on the 29th of September! Isn't that cool? We had a busy weekend but still managed to get some good celebrating in. On friday night he had class in Kelowna (He started his Masters this fall). When he got home we went out to Rosters for wings, Rosters is a sports bar that gives out free wings on your birthday, because he turned 29, he got 29 free wings. So Grandpa Hill, we're taking you for your 95th! We went out with Jeff and Angie Salmon and Zach. Mom and dad were gracious enough to watch the kids for us. Anyways, Jeff ordered three "insanely hot" wings after the waitress tried to convince him not too. She said it would ruin his night because they were just too hot. Jeff figured he'd had them before so he ordered 3 to try them out. He took one bite, well it was more like a nibble and his face went beat red and his eyes started to tear up and he could barely talk. They were that hot! Well, Jared being the competitive, adventurous guy that he is decided to eat a whole wing. It was insane, his eyes went bloodshot and he almost fell out of his chair! I've never seen him look like that - his face beat read, watery blood shot eyes, it really was insane. I was very proud.
