At the Wharf with the Leleuxs
What a fun visit we had with Karla, Justin and Kenzie!
(write up to come later - I'm off to play at a soccer tournament!)

Look at these cuties, are you kidding me? Jorji and nate love it when Kenzie is around.
Ok, I am now back from my soccer tournament and can finally write a bit. Surprisingly, we didn't do too hot in our tournament mostly due to a lame draw. Also one of my teammates summed it up pretty well on her facebook account "Our team sucked on the soccer field this weekend but ROCKED in the beer gardens." Hmmm I wonder if there could have been a correlation?:) I'm lovin' my team this year though, it's been pretty fun.

We were so happy that the Leleuxs came to visit early June. We had such a great time visiting with them, watching movies, playing at the splash park, eating at Rosa's, celebrating Jorji's birthday (thanks for cooking the burgers karla) and visiting the wharf. Please come back soon!
Little Kenzie with her mamma. The kids think Karla is so funny, I think it's because she will say
"poo" when we take pictures to make them laugh.
Our manly men
The cousins enjoying a little treat on the wharf.
man, I love these guys.
The leleuxs, love them too.

We have a six year old and I can hardly believe it!

These kids partied like it was 1999 today at Jordan's party. More write up to come in the next couple of days.

Fun at Fletcher Park with the Floyds

Jess and the kids came up for Memorial day weekend and we had such a blast. We were so happy they made the trip, we love to see them and the kids always have so much fun! The weather was perfect so after soccer saturday morning we headed to the water park for fun and frolic in the sun.

And frolic they did....

Jordan's First Dance Show "The Three Little Bears"

After months of practicing, Jordan's dance show of "the three little bears" went on tour around BC last month. Well, not really but it sure seemed like it! They had two performance in Enderby and two in Salmon Arm, essentially taking up the better part of two weekends! I'm not complaining though, Jordan loved and had a blast. It was a new experience for me tacking together costumes, helping backstage and making sure that her hair is tightly pulled back and that she looked ballerina-ish. I think I like being a soccer mom better, but I may be a little biased.

One proud daddy.
We were so happy that our cousins were here to see Jordan's show, it really made her feel like a celebrity.
Jordan lit up the stage and we were so proud of her. It must be nice to be six and completely fearless.
